It is really easy subject. It is mostly like recap of all the computer subject topics from class 7 to 12. It may be slightly difficult if you have not studied computer science in class 11 or 12.

Some tips for exams:

Difference between questions are very important. If possible try to give example in the difference between as well.
Skim through all videos (at 2x speed). Even just listening once, you can write about most of these topics easily in exam.
Chapters like Multimedia, Database, Computer Security carry big weight questions with easy to remember answer.
